We offer three residential cleaning options for different needs.
Standard Cleaning is designed to keep an already-maintained home consistently clean through weekly, biweekly, or monthly service.
First-Time Cleaning gives our team extra time and attention to bring your home up to our cleaning standard before moving into regular service.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty or nearly empty homes and includes additional detailed cleaning of areas such as inside cabinets, closets, and appliances.

A first-time cleaning is an initial deep clean designed to reset your space and set the stage for effortless maintenance.
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently, extra detail is needed to eliminate accumulated dust, grease, and soap scum. By establishing a spotless baseline, future recurring cleanings become faster and more effective, making it easy to keep your home consistently fresh, clean, and organized year-round.
Our First-Time Cleaning is designed to provide the extra time and attention typically associated with a deep clean.
Rather than creating a separate “Deep Cleaning” service, we use First-Time Cleaning to establish a clean baseline before moving into regular maintenance.

Yes, we are happy to take care of dishes and laundry as specialized add-on services.
While standard recurring or deep cleans focus on surfaces, floors, and general dusting, you can easily customize your booking if you need extra help with daily chores:
- Dishwashing: $20 per sink load to leave your kitchen spotless and functional.
- Laundry & Folding: $30 per load (includes washing, drying, and neat folding so your clothes are ready to put away).
Simply select these options when completing your booking so our system allocates the necessary extra time for your cleaner to complete them thoroughly.

We do not provide services outside general residential cleaning, including mould removal, specialist tile or renovation work, pet odour removal, or high-access cleaning. Our cleaners also do not handle bodily fluids, waste, litter boxes, pest-infested areas, items over 20 pounds, cooking, or pet and child care.
Your cleaning price is based primarily on the size of your home, along with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning type, frequency, and any selected extras. You’ll see your exact price before confirming your booking.
Getting Started
Yes. Our hourly cleaning service has a minimum booking of three hours. The rate is $70 per cleaner, per hour. However, we strongly recommend our cleaning packages, designed around your home’s size, number of rooms, and cleaning needs. This option helps ensure the service is tailored to your home and provides the best overall value.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $79 cancellation fee. Fees may also apply if our cleaners cannot access the home at the scheduled time. Contact us at [email protected]

Yes, absolutely.
Most of our clients are away at work or running errands during their service.
You can easily provide entry instructions during online booking, such as a door keypad code, lockbox code, or leaving a key with your building concierge. Your cleaner will secure your home when they finish.
No. We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

Yes. We offer flexible hourly cleaning services for customers who only need specific areas cleaned. While our standard packages are designed around the overall size of your home and provide a comprehensive cleaning service, we understand that some customers may have particular needs. For these requests, a minimum booking of 3 hours is required. This allows our cleaners to focus on your priority areas while maintaining our high standard of service quality.
Miscellaneous
Yes, we specialize in homes with pets, and we even offer a dedicated Pet Hair add-on service to guarantee a thorough, meticulous clean.

Yes, absolutely.
You are welcome to leave your pets at home while our cleaners are there. Because our professionals are animal-loving and reliable, your pets are in safe hands.
However, for the safety and comfort of both your pets and the cleaners, we recommend keeping pets in a secure crate or backyard during the service. Loud vacuum cleaners or strangers entering the home can sometimes stress animals out, so a quiet space helps keep everyone happy and relaxed.

Whether you need a one-time deep clean, occasional help, or regular maintenance, you have complete flexibility. You can easily book, skip, or cancel your cleaning online at any time with zero hassle.
For one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, we typically assign one cleaner. For larger homes with four bedrooms or more, we usually assign a two-person cleaning team. We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
